Stephen is President and Chief Wealth Advisor for Davis Wealth Management, and has served in this capacity since founding the organization in 2007. Stephen is an Investment Advisor Representative with Brookstone Capital Management. He has passed the series 65 exam and earned his Life and Health Insurance licenses. Steve works with individuals and families on a confidential basis to create, manage and preserve their wealth. As CEO, Steve focuses on the long-term strategic direction of the firm and is personally involved with the investment management of client assets. Steve and his wife Lois became grandparents this past fall. For recreation, Steve enjoys golfing and snowboarding with family and friends.

Sean P Tole

Financial Advisor

Sean is a financial advisor with more than 25 years of experience in investment and retirement planning. He is a graduate of Fordham University in New York City with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. Sean has passed the FINRA Series 65, and previously passed FINRA Series 7, 63 and NFA series 3 exams. Additionally, he holds Life and Health Insurance licenses. Sean spent the last 20 years of his career representing several respected investment management firms in the U.S. and Europe. With the comprehensive investment and capital markets knowledge he has honed over his career, Sean understands the importance of proper financial planning and execution. Sean works one-on-one with clients to fully understand their unique situations in order to help them construct sound financial retirement plans. In his spare time, Sean enjoys hiking and skiing with his wife and 3 daughters in the White Mountains.

Deborah C Cmar

Director of Client Services and Licensed Insurance Specialist

Deborah brings more than 35 years of professional experience in client relations and office management to Davis Wealth Management. Much of Deborah’s administrative experience was garnered during her tenure at a large insurance/investment office. Deborah has recently earned her New Hampshire Insurance License. Deb’s dedication to client satisfaction and passion for achievement is apparent in everything she does. With her unique ability to handle a variety of duties efficiently and professionally Deborah, manages the day-to-day operations of the practice. In her spare time Deb enjoys volunteering in the community for various organizations including the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry and Compassionate Friends.

Lois H Davis

President of Operations

Lois has been affiliated with Davis Wealth Management, LLC since its inception in 2007. In addition to client service, she manages the accounting, human resources, and day to day operations of the firm. Lois graduated from Plymouth State College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She is an avid golfer and once the snow falls, she can be found skiing at Loon Mountain.

Shannon Grant

Customer Service Specialist

Shannon joined the team at Davis Wealth Management, LLC in late 2023. She brings to her role nearly 20 years of professional experience in financial services operations, administration, and client relationship management. Shannon graduated with Latin Honors from Franklin Pierce University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management. On her days off, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, going to concerts, reading, and cooking.
