  • Anonymous Information – Information collected by your internet browser (Such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox) that automatically transmits some information to us every time your access content on our website.
  • Information collected through SMS/Text Messaging (Redtail Speak)
    • Contact information – Name, phone number, including mobile phone numbers, and other contact details
    • Text messages (Trade requests cannot be made through text messaging)
    • Archived text messages
    • Opt-in or Opt-out data

      • If you are receiving text messages from us and wish to stop receiving them, simply respond with either “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which you received the message. You will not receive further text messages unless you opt back in.

We take the protection of your data seriously.  We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect data and personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.  We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information to service your account.  We maintain electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable federal and state standards to protect your nonpublic personal information.
